Slippers & Loafers offers free returns and exchanges on all orders excluding our custom pairs returned within 14 days of receipt. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a pre-paid returns label.
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to refund your order. Item(s) returned must be in a new and unworn condition with no marks and all packaging intact. Unfortunately, we will not accept any used/damaged items; any such items will be returned to the purchaser at their own cost. We are unable to offer a refund on any custom shoes.
Returns orders received after the 14-day time frame will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser at their own cost. Orders correctly returned will be credited to the original method of payment, minus any taxes, delivery or import duties incurred in delivery. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging. Any additional costs incurred through alternative packaging will be covered by the purchaser.
